Abstract:
The high angle centered dark field (HACDF) imaging mode was first applied to acquisition of a tilt series of strongly scattering objects to reconstruct their 3D structure. A special tomographic holder and grids were developed, as well as a tilt series alignment algorithm. It was shown that the HACDF tomography can be efficiently applied to study features of the 3D structure of materials-science objects
