Abstract:
In the present work, solid solutions of the composition SrFe1 − xM xO3 − z, where M =Mo, W and 0bxb0.5, are synthesized. The structure of the new materials depending on the composition and on oxygen stoichiometry is studied; the results of high-temperature X-ray diffraction measurements, thermal stability and phase transformations in various environments are presented.
