Изобретение относится к получению перфторсополимеров, содержащих функциональные группы, конкретно, сульфонилфторидные группы. Такие сополимеры являются основой для изготовления ионообменных мембран, используемых в топливных ячейках, различных электролизерах и т. д.
The invention relates to producing perfluoro copolymers comprising functional groups, more specifically, sulphonyl fluoride groups. Said copolymers provide a base for producing ion-exchange membranes used in fuel cells, different electrolyzes etc. The inventive method for producing perfluorinated tetrafluorethylen (TFE) and perfluor-2-( 2-fluorosulphonyl-ethoxy) propyl-vinyl ether by means of emulsion copolymerisation, involves a stage of perfluor-2-( 2-fluorosulphonyl-ethoxy) propyl-vinyl ether pre-emulsifying in water and a stage of the subsequent emulsion copolymerisation of monomers. The copolymer is extracted by latex coagulation by adding an inorganic acid. The perfluor-2-( 2-fluorosulphonyl-ethoxy) propyl-vinyl ether is pre-emulsified in the presence of the ammonium salt of perfluorocarbon acid with the aid of a rotor-stator homogeniser at the rotor rotational speed ranging from 8000 to 12 000 r/min, and the emulsion copolymerisation is carried out by adding an oxidation-reduction initiating system of potassium or ammonium persulphate at the constant perfluorinated tetrafluorethylen pressure (0.48-0.52 MPa). Said invention makes it possible to simplify a production process, to increase up to 79% the perfluor-2-( 2-fluorosulphonyl-ethoxy) propyl-vinyl ether conversion and to form a copolymer exhibiting optimal processing and operating characteristics which make it possible to process the copolymer according to the conventional process into a cation-exchange perfluorinated membrane which exhibits high electrochemical and mechanical properties and is suitable for use in fuel cells and different electrolyzes.
