Abstract:
It is shown by in situ X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, and P-31 MAS NMR that the phase formation upon the thermal decomposition of phosphomolybdic heteropolyacid (H3PMo12O40 . 13H(2)O) depends on the redox properties of the medium and the content of water vapor.
