Abstract:
CO oxidation on Pt(l00) is studied by the Monte Carlo method using a model that accounts for the phase transition
(1x1) ↔(hex). The influence of surface diffusion of COads on the velocity of wave propagation of Oads and COads and the distribution of the species in the reaction zone is studied
