Abstract:
Facilities with the high current are discharge chamber are developed to produce carbon nanoparticles, especially nanotubes. Chirality structure of the multilayers tubes was observed by the transmission electron microscopy technique. Also, the dependence of the diameter on the chirality angles was determined. Magnetooscillations of the thermodynamic and kinetic characteristics are simulated.
