Abstract:
Interaction between crystal lattice and mobile Cu ions has been studied in Cu2−xSe in superionic and in normal state using EXAFS-spectroscopy. It has been found that the transition from normal to superionic state and change of mobile Cu ion concentration practically do not have an influence on local state of Cu atoms, but change of both these parameters is accompanied by a change of Se-sublattice state.
