Abstract:
Stabilization of copper in isolated octahedral positions and in the form of the CuAl2O4 phase was found for sorption catalysts based on MgAl2O4 spinel annealed in air. Platinum prevents stabilization of copper in octahedral positions in simultaneous sorption of Pt and Cu in a 1:1 ratio.
