Abstract:
ESR studies show that the low temperature photoreduction of anatase in CO proceeds in both the fundamental and impurity light absorption regions of the oxide, leading to anion vacancies. Further irradiation in the presence of O2 leads to O−3 complexes, assigned to anion vacancies.
