Abstract: New copolymers containing reactive vinyltriazole units and polyvinylene blocks with conjugation system promising as materials with special electrical, physical, catalytic, and sorption properties have been prepared by the reaction of poly(vinyl chloride) with sodium salts of 1,2,4-triazole and 1,2,3-benzotriazole in a dimethylformamide medium.
