The prospects of using bifunctional homogeneous metal-complex catalysts based on peroxo-polyoxotungstates with organic ligands (tertiary phosphine oxides) were exemplified by oxidation of benzyl alcohol and cyclooctene with hydrogen peroxide in two-phase systems (organic phase — liquid phase).
