Реферат:
Analysis of the extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) of W LIII edge showed that in sulphided W/SiO2 and Ni,W/Si02 catalysts, the distances W-S and W-W are the same as in bulk WS2. Part of the W ions contain oxygen atoms in the nearest environment resulting presumably from anchoring of sulphided particles to the oxygen of the support surface. In W/SiO2 catalysts, W atoms are surrounded by fewer neighbouring S and W atoms than in bulk WS2. For Ni,W/SiOp catalysts, an increase of the number of neighbouring atoms in the W coordination shell was observed. This
phenomenon is explained by the formation of mixed sulphided particles with localization of Ni on the side planes of WS2 slabs. Data on EXAFS of the Ni K absorption edge showed that in bimetallic sulphide catalysts, Ni atoms contain S atoms as nearest neighbours at a distance of ~ 2.2 A.
