Реферат:
We measured the conductivity of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and onion-like carbon (OLC) in different gaseous media: helium, air, oxygen, hydrogen and methane. The MWNTs had different mean outer diameters varied from 5 to 15 nm. The OLC was synthesized at 1400–1850 K. The adsorption of nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen and methane leads to decrease of conductivity because these gases are the donors of electron for semi-metallic band structure of investigated objects.
