Реферат:
The structured modified oxides of titanium produced by sol–gel alkoxo-method have been studied by XANES and EXAFS spectroscopy at Siberian Synchrotron Radiation Center (SSRC). Studies using XAFS method show that modification of TiO2 by various types of modifiers leads to change of symmetry of the nearest oxygen arrangement of the titanium ions in the anatase lattice as compared with the non-modified TiO2. It seems that modifier ions lead to changes of the tetragonal parameter in the (0 1 0) direction and that the degree of distortions is associated with the type of modifier. All the data obtained are in good agreement with the earlier XRD data.
