Abstract:
Effect of propylene on the step of propane dehydrogenation to propylene in oxidative ammonolysis of propane to acrylonitrile has been studied. It is shown that in this reaction, besides catalytic propylene formation, a non-catalytic process also takes place. The autocatalytic formation of C3H6 is observed, which can be due to the degenerated branched chain production of propylene.
