Abstract:
The effect of diffusion of adsorbed particles into the solid on thermal desorption spectra is investigated theoretically. The thermal desorption spectra are calculated for associative desorption. Adsorbed particles are considered as a Langmuir gas or as a lattice gas with lateral interactions.
