Abstract:
Vesicle size distributions were obtained using dynamic light scattering (DLS ; Particle Sizer, model BI-90, Brookhaven Instruments Corporation, USA). Microscope images were acquired using an Olympus BX61 microscope with a PlanApo objective at a magnification of two times, using fluorescent filters corresponding to the fluorescent probes used in the two different cases.
