Abstract: The purpose of this work was to develop methods for the preparation of immobilized proteolytic enzymes (trypsin, fibrinolysin, neutral protease from Bacillus subtilis) and to study their biocatalytic properties (proteolytic activity and stability). We have also studied different matrices for the enzyme immobilization, based on solid inorganic carriers, inorganic gels, and polymeric films.
