Abstract: An analysis of texture formation in binary oxides of group 4 crystallizing with difficulty, prepared by mixing and coprecipitation has been conducted. The effect of mixing conditions, pH in particular, on the mutual disposition of elements has been shown. Coprecipitation of chemically non-interacting components results in the preservation of particle dispersity of individual oxides and the decrease of their packing density.
