Abstract: IR, Raman, V-51 NMR, and electronic absorption spectroscopies were used to study the composition of vanadium(V) complexes in the system V(V)-HCl-LiCl-H2O at ionic strength of 11.0 M and vanadium(V) concentration C-V greater than or equal to 0.03 M.
