Abstract: The mechanism of the dehydrohydrolysis of cyclohexaylamine by water vapor on a nickel-chromium catalyst has been studied by IR spectroscopy of the adsorbed molecules and the response method. It has been shown that the reaction proceeds via the formation of a nickel oxide complex and its interaction with an adsorbed cyclohexylamine molecule.
