Реферат: The low-temperature oxidation of CO to CO2 by solutions of PdSO4 and various heteropolyacids (HPAs) has been studied. The dependence of the reaction rate on the potential of HPA determined by its composition has been obtained. At moderate values of HPA potentials. lg W depends linearly on E. Carbonyl complexes of reduced palladium show the highest catalytic activity. The activity of the SiO2-supported homogeneous component has also been examined. The kinetic dependences indicate similar mechanisms for the reaction occurring in solution or on the surface of an inert support. During the oxidation of CO by dioxygen, only those HPAs are catalytically active whose reduced forms are oxidized by O2.
