Abstract: The effect of electric conductivity was studied on the chemisorption properties of semiconductor TiO2 films on pyrex glass support. Owing to electrolytic removal of Na from the glass in electric field, the surface properties of the films change. The evolved Na exists on TiO2 films as metallic powder.
