Abstract:
Harmonic analysis of the profiles of x-ray diffraction has been used to determine the substructure characteristics of palladium black - the crystallite dimensions, microdistortions, and parameters determining the crystallite size distribution. Results have been compared for samples differing greatly in mean particle size.
