Abstract: The interaction of O2 with samples of rhodium Rh(100) and polycrystalline Rh was studied by the AES and TD methods in the O2 pressure range 10(-7)-10(3) Pa at 300-1600 K. An influence of carbon and boron impurities in the volume of the samples on the course of processes at and near the surface was detected.
