195Pt and 119Sn NMR Studies of H2PtCl6 Interaction with SnCl2 in Isopropanol Full article

Abstract: According to 195Pt and 119Sn NMR studies, it is shown that in isopropanol solution of H2PtCl6+SnCl2+HCl, successive reactions take place: first, rapid H2PtCl6 reduction involving the participation of both SnCl2 and isopropanol, then the formation of Pt−Sn complexes with Sn(II):Pt(II)=1 and 2 and an intermediate complex with Sn(II):Pt(II)=5. Variations in the composition of the solutions have been quantitatively estimated. Методом ЯМР 195Pt и 119Sn показано, что в изопропанольном растворе H2PtCl6+SnCl2+HCl во времени протекают следующие последовательные реакции: быстрое восстановление H2PtCl6 с участием как SnCl2, так и изопропанола и образование платинооловянных комплесов с соотношением Sn(II):Pt(II)=1 и 2 через промежуточный комплекс с соотношением Sn(II):Pt(II)=5. Дана количественная оценка изменения состава Pt−Sn-комплексов во времени.
