Abstract: NMR studies of the interaction between bis-acetylacetonato Co(II) and organotin compound SnPh2Cl2 (Ph=C6H5−) in chloroform solutions with pyridine additive have revealed ligand exchange between the initial components to form Co(II) and Sn(IV) complexes with different numbers of ligands.
