Abstract: The present work represents an attempt to determine to what degree the addition of tin affects the dispersity of platinum particles in supported platinum/tin/alumina catalysts and the degree to which the addition of tin affects the catalyst activity in the monofunctional reaction of cyclohexene dehydrogenation.
