Abstract:
A detailed analysis of the formal kinetics of the tunneling electron transfer in solids as a function of the nature of the spatial distribution of the reactants in the absence of diffusion has been carried out. The equations obtained give a satisfactory description of the experimental results on tunneling transfer of trapped electrons to acceptors.
