Abstract: The effect of the sintering temperature on the structural characteristics of nanosized zirconium dioxide particles treated by microwave radiation during the drying process was investigated by small-angle X-ray scattering and the BET method. It was shown that the specific surface area, particle size, polydispersivity index, and surface and mass fractal dimensionality of zirconium dioxide depend on its heat treatment conditions.
