Abstract: A study has been made of the polymerization of liquefied propylene using a catalyst system based on titanium and magnesium. Included is the dependence of the activity and stereospecificity of the catalyst on the concentration of triethyl aluminium (electron donor) and the time and temperature of polymerization.
