Реферат: Simultaneous monitoring of the frequency position and the excitation-dependent behavior of the dominating mode in a low-frequency part of the Raman spectrum of single-wall nanotubes grown by arc-discharge technique in helium atmosphere allowed to establish a presence of fractions with diameters 12.2Å, 12.5Å, 13.6Å, 13.7Å, 14.2Å in the material.
