Реферат: The paper presents the results of a thermogravimetric study of coal vitrinite of different metamorphic stages. It was demonstrated that initial mass loss temperature increased, the rate of gum formation and gassing decreased, and maximum thermal decomposition of coal material shifted in the DTG curve to a higher temperature region with an increase in metamorphic grade of vitrinite during their pyrolysis in inert atmosphere at 300-600 oС temperature range. When studying the effect of heating rate for the destruction process of vitrinite organic matter it was found that an increase in the maximum rate of thermal decomposition happened in the DTG curve and temperature, whereby it was reached.
