Реферат: Here we present the first results on kinetics of water sorption on composite “CaCl2 in mesoporous silica KSK” (SWS-1L) that at the moment is the most studied material of SWS-type [3,5]. Here we focus mainly on the dynamics of water adsorption under vacuum conditions when water vapour is the only component in the gas phase although few results are reported on water adsorption from air flux as it takes place in air drying units. Three adsorbent configurations will be considered, namely, a single grain, a granulated layer and a consolidated layer prepared with a binder and pore-forming additives.
