Abstract:
The possibility of carboxylic acids (heptanoic, nonanoic and undecanoic) obtaining by α-alkenes oxidation with 30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide as oxidant in two-phase medium was investigated. Tungsten peroxopolyoxo complexes Q{PO4[WO(O2)2]4} (where Q+– [MeOctn3N]+, [CetPy]+ or [Bun4N]+) as phase-transfer catalysts were used in the processes.
