Abstract: The effect of synthesis conditions of mixed hydroxy compounds (coprecipitation mode, residence and aging times, precipitator nature) on the structural characteristics of CuCrAlO4 spinels is studied. Evolution of the spinel structure during the solid-phase synthesis is analyzed.
