Реферат:
Hydrogen production from water solution over a photocatalyst seems to be an attractive way for sunlight energy conversion, but developing active and stable visible-light driven semiconductor material still remains a fascinating challenge for researchers. Solid sulfide solution of Cd and Zn is a promising catalyst for hydrogen production under visible light, and its photocatalytic properties can be modified by several ways. The deposition of Cd1-xZnxS onto the surface of 3D ordered meso/macroporous titania has shown to increase both the photocatalytic activity and the stability of the synthesized materials. The main reason of improved properties is homogeneous distribution of Cd1-xZnxS nanoparticles on the surface of titania. Also it has been shown that changing crystal structure influences photocatalytic activity. Being heated Cd1-xZnxS nanoparticles change cubic lattice to hexagonal one, which therefore leads to efficient charge separation and improved hydrogen production rate. The addition of co-catalysts such as Au, NiS allows electrons to be promoted from the solid sulfide solution particle to the co-catalyst particle, which is also beneficial for charge separation and leads to the increase of photocatalytic activity.
