Abstract: A monolithic chromatographic column for HPLC with a sorbent based on 1-vinyl-1,2,4-triazole has been prepared for the first time. It has been shown that, depending on the composition of the mobile phase (acetonitrile/water ratio), this column is able to operate in the modes of both reverse phase chromatography and hydrophilic chromatography. The dependences of the retention factor on the volume fraction of acetonitrile in the mobile phase have been studied for substances of acidic and basic nature. An example of the separation of the components of the pharmaceutical product Askofen-P on the prepared column has been provided.
