Abstract: For the processes of partial oxidation/autothermal reforming of the mixture of natural gas with biofuels (ethanol, ethyl acetate, glycerol, turpentine oil) pilot-scale tests have been carried out using structured catalysts with nanocomposite active components (Ru+Ni/MnCr2O4, LaNi(Pt)O3 /La0.1Ce0.45Zr0.45O2) on heatconducting substrates in reactors of the radial and axial types. Main process parameters ensuring efficient and stable performance in the autothermal mode at inlet temperature ~ 100 oC with a high syngas yield approaching equilibrium at O2/C ratio in the range of 0.5-1 and feed rate up to 15 m3/h without any deactivation or coking were determined. Inexpensive Ru+Ni/MnCr2O active component provides a high and stable performance which makes it attractive for the practical application
