Реферат:
Catalysts based on oxides with a high lattice oxygen mobility and reactivity are known to be able to
efficiently transform ethanol into syngas by selective oxidation. Mechanism of this reaction as well as the
lattice oxygen mobility over spinel-like Ni+Ru/MnCr2-xFexO4 catalyst were studied by using kinetic methods,
SSITKA and pulse microcalorimetry. C-C bond rupture in ethanol molecule seems to be the rate-determining
step, while C-H bond breaking in the ethanol dehydrogenation step giving acetaldehyde proceeds easily. The
mechanism is described by step-wise red–ox scheme including ethanol oxidative decomposition on metallic
sites with participation of oxygen species located at the metal-oxide interface followed by fast reoxidation of
partially reduced support sites by O2. A high oxygen mobility in spinel support appears to be the reason of
catalyst resistance to coke formation.
