Abstract:
A math. model of a fluidized-bed reactor when the complex reaction A→B→C occurs was analyzed. Estimates of the catalyst state for particular processes in the reactor were made. For apparatus design it was necessary to use kinetic modeling taking into account variations in the state of catalyst surfaces with time. Oxidation of aromatics and olefins was examined.
