Abstract: Using of structures on which multipole localized surface plasmon resonances can be excited is promising for the developing of terahertz (THz) biosensors. In this paper, the surface plasmon resonances on corrugated metal disks in conjunction with a C-shaped resonator in the THz range using numerical simulations have been studied. The parameters of the structures for which THz multipole resonances are excited were found.
