Реферат: Тhe changes in structure and activity of the catalysts Fe2O3 (sp. surface area 120 m2/g) and CuO ( ∼ 1 m2/g) during NH4ClO3 (I) combustion were examined microscopically and electron-microscopically. Very nonuniform distribution of the catalyst particles on the I surface was found for the starting I + 2% Fe2O3 sample; during I combustion the sintering of catalyst particles occurred. The sp. surface area of Fe2O3 taking part in the combustion decreased to 30 m2/g. In the starting I + 2% CuO sample the catalyst particles were much more uniformly distributed on the I surface in comparison with the Fe2O3 sample. The form and structure of catalyst particles on the quenched surface of sample I + CuO was different than those on the starting surface of the sample. Melting and agglomeration of small drops resulting in formation of large drops occurred on the surface of I during combustion; CuO reacted chem. with I decomposition products.
