Abstract:
In the interaction of aqueous solutions of potassium and barium hydroxides or barium chloride with α-cyclodextrin four layered coordination polymers are obtained and structurally characterized. The composition and structure of these compounds are determined by the single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.
