Abstract: The required manufacturing accuracy, initial beam parameters, and specific features of longitudinal and transverse dynamics of the accelerating structure on the basis of an iris-loaded waveguide produced at the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics (Siberian Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences) are analyzed. Based on data on the accelerating structure, it is proposed to create a linear accelerator for the injector of the Siberian ring photon source. The analysis is carried out taking into account technical specifications of the photon-source injector.
