Реферат: Freshwater sapropels are formed from aquatic vegetation and the remains of living organisms due to the vital activity of bacteria and can contain up to 90% organic matter. Their formation occurs under anaerobic conditions, which makes it possible to suppress the oxidation and decomposition of valuable organic compounds. The rational use of this natural raw material is an urgent scientific and technical problem. A complex scheme for the processing of sapropels is presented, combining extraction processes, as well as thermal and thermocatalytic processes of pyrolysis and hydroliquefaction, which make it possible to obtain biologically active substances, a number of complex organic compounds and carbon-mineral materials (CMM). The influence of the nature of sapropel and methods of its pre-treatment on the depth and direction of transformation of organic matter has been established. Varying the conditions for the preparation and modification of CMM makes it possible to create materials with different textural characteristics and surface adsorption properties and use them as accessible catalyst supports.
