Реферат: After the successful development of sequential HDO and HI process to produce biofuels or their components enriched with branched paraffin from lipids, a novel technique on the merged HDO-HI is being developed. Currently, significant success in the development of this process is being demonstrated in many reports. Many literature sources reported that hydrocarbon mixtures obtained via simultaneous HDO-HI are enriched with isomerized alkanes with only traces of side oxygen-containing products, their yield can be practically quantitative and they meet all requirements of the conventional hydrocarbon fuels. However, there exist some problems yet, and the need of their elimination causes further development. Compared to the sequential HDO-HI, the process parameters of the merged process are necessary to be adjusted more precisely to obtain the target product and avoid coking as well as excessive cracking. One of the key parameters of the merged HDOHI is the catalyst and its properties. Modifying the active component and pretreatment of the support are the possible ways to increase the stability of HDO-HI bifunctional catalysts. The stage of optimization of technological parameters should be carried out for all new types of catalysts, which allows for increasing the yield of target products using the most stable catalyst. Thus, the further development of the process is connected primarily with the development of the appropriate catalysts stable in the process conditions and catalyzing the transformation of lipid feedstocks into the target products. Another task is process optimization, including the selection of the most suitable feedstocks to reduce the process expenses to the minimal ones, with the maximal yield of target products.
