Abstract: Lanthanum based Fe, Co, Ni and Mn single phase doped perovskites, as well as composite materials that can be used as SOFC cathode materials, were synthesized, using a modified Pechini method and tested regarding rates of heteroexchange and ion mobility. The results revealed significant differences in the oxygen ion mobility depending on the synthesis, doping, and presence of additional ionic-conducting electrolyte phase
