Abstract: Mg(Co)Al-LDHs on the alumina surface were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The effect of the nature of the modifying metal and its content, as well as conditions of the hydrothermal synthesis (time, temperature) on the structural properties of the systems and textural and acid properties of the supports, obtained after LDH calcination, were studied.
