Abstract: The MoS2 bifunctional catalysts supported on different zeolite composite supports were prepared by vacuum impregnation method. The prepared catalysts and their performance were analyzed by a series of characterization methods. Under the conditions of temperature 270-350 ℃, pressure 3. 0-5. 0 MPa, LHSV 36 h-1, the activity of prepared catalysts in hydrodeoxygenation and isomerization reactions was investigated in a trickle-bed reactor. Experimental results showed that the selectivity of methyl palmitate conversion through direct hydrodeoxygenation route is about 90% in the presence of MoS2 catalyst. In hydrodeoxygenation reaction, the complete transformation of oxygenated compounds can only occur at a temperature of 310 ℃ or above; in the hydroisomerization reaction, the yield of isomerized hexadecane on different supports is ranked as Al2O3<Al-Z12<Al-Z5<Al-SAPO-11<Al-Z22. In addition to this, the activity of sulfided catalysts decreases with increasing pressure and temperature.
